Trust policy / Commercial
If a link can pay us, you will know before you click.
CarIntegrity may eventually earn a commission when a reader buys a third-party vehicle report. That relationship will be clear, close to the offer, and unable to change the facts.
CarIntegrity has no active affiliate links, paid provider placements, discounts, cookies, or compensation in this build.
The disclosure readers will see
Advertisement — CarIntegrity earns a commission on qualifying purchases made through this link. Commercial relationships do not change our published methodology.
The disclosure will appear before or immediately beside the first commercial call to action. A policy link in the footer is useful context, but it is not a substitute for an upfront disclosure.
How commercial links are handled
- 01
Intentional click
No automatic opening, hidden tracking, iframe, popup, or cookie-setting without a clear user action.
- 02
Direct approved destination
Provider links use the issued URL and go directly to the allowlisted destination without masking or an intermediate redirect service.
- 03
Search qualification
Live affiliate anchors use
rel="sponsored noopener"so the commercial relationship is also machine-readable. - 04
Dated claims
Provider features, prices, discounts, coverage, and destinations are kept in a dated registry and disabled when verification expires.
What money cannot buy
A commercial relationship cannot change a factual conclusion, suppress a limitation, create a positive review, or determine a provider ranking. Any future comparison must publish its criteria and supporting evidence. Commission is not a scoring criterion.
Sponsored advertising does not buy followed backlinks. CarIntegrity will not buy or sell links that pass ranking credit.
Provider relationship language
CarIntegrity will not use “official partner,” “approved,” “powered by,” a provider logo, custom creative, or a discount claim until the provider has authorised the exact use. If a relationship ends, the offer and supplied brand assets are disabled according to the applicable agreement.
